Delivery Policy
- Once we have received your payment, we will send your an order confirmation with an e-mail.
- All items that are on our online shop are in stock will be processed and shipped in 2 business days.
- Once we ship your order, we will send you a note with an email.
- For international orders, our delivery takes 2-10 business days and a flat fee will be added to your cart.
- Fyshan Glass Studio is not responsible for any import duties, clearance fees or brokerage fees including any other additional charges for international shipments. Payment of these amounts will be necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

Exchange & Return Policy

- As all the items on our online shop are unique and each is engraved as such at the time of purchase we do cannot accept returns or exchange.
